Transition-to-Gym & Independence Support

Support to build the skills, confidence, and autonomy needed to engage in ongoing gym-based exercise.

Capacity Building & Functional Exercise

Strength, coordination, and movement programs designed to improve daily function and physical confidence. 

What We Focus On
  • Building physical capacity and health

  • Developing routine, structure, and predictability

  • Supporting regulation and engagement

  • Encouraging long-term participation in physical activity

Settings & Location

Sessions are primarily delivered ​at World Gym Stafford in a structured gym environment. 

Home-based sessions may be offered where clinically appropriate, depending on individual needs, location, and service type.

We accept:

  • NDIS (plan-managed and self-managed)

  • Private Health Insurance 

  • DVA

  • Medicare CDM

  • Private paying clients

  • MyAgedCare

Getting Started is simple:
